The interview process consists of 3 rounds (2 interviews per round). I made it to the first round, and both interviewers were kind and personable. The people really seem to embody the company's values. The recruiter was just okay. In his emails he said to let him know if i have any questions -- but when i sent a question, he did not respond to it.
