I had a very casual interview in the lounge area with a man who turned out to be the Food and Beverage managed for the hotel. It felt like more of a vetting process than an interview as they were quite busy at the time and keen to take people on. He was encouraging and gave me information on wider job prospects at Hilton, like their graduate programmes, after hearing that I was a uni student. I felt quite comfortable during the process and the questions were solely based around customer service.

Very comfortable and the manager was friendly, which eased my nerves as it was my first interview in the UK. Their warmth made the experience welcoming.Interview questions were just normal questions to know about my experience

Staff were very friendly and by the questions they asked in my interview, they definitely looked at my cv beforehand and asked me questions that played to my strengths which allowed me to show them why I would be a good fit for the job
