The internal recruiter did not show up for our scheduled first interview, and instead e-mailed me during the interview time to ask to reschedule. We did reschedule, and she was very pushy. I progressed through the interview process (4 interviews total) and was offered a role by the recruiter. She was not willing to negotiate the terms of the offer. When I asked to receive the offer in writing, she did not send it. Instead, she followed up with me a few days later because the offer was "expiring" and needed my answer. I again asked for the offer letter and the benefits overview and it was finally sent. At no point did the hiring manager reach out to me, I was exclusively dealing with the recruiter who was very rude and pushy. I decided to decline the offer based on my experience in the recruiting process.
