Dow sent a representative to my University and interviewed me about my research. Overall, the interviewer was incredibly corporate and didn't ask good questions. I never received a follow up from the interview even though I followed up with two emails. Unprofessional behavior.

I applied through college or university. Four weeks later I was selected to be interviewed at Dow (Midland MI) in September 2018. The process was pretty average, the on-campus interview was about 40% research and 60% general behavior questions (7-8 questions in total). For the on-site interview, I was asked to do a 45 min presentation and 15 min Q&A, followed by several 1:1 interview, both technical and behaviors questions were asked. The hiring team and recruiters were very great throughout the process.

Campus recruiting, everyone applied got the interview. Interviewer was very nice. The interview process was standard, all behavior questions and research questions, lasting about 45 min. Not intense, relaxing environment.
