Got an interview from SWE 2020 conference following a brief chat at the company's virtual booth. Interview covered typical behavioral questions (tell me about a time..), questions on ongoing research and future plans (academia or industry). Offer received next day.

Interview
45 min on-campus interview, which was selected through university application process. Briefly talked about research for ~15min, then was asked almost ten behavioral questions. The interviewer did not ask many questions about my research (it was a different field from what he did), and read behavioral questions off of a list of questions.

Interview
On-campus interview followed by on-site interview where I had a full day interview process including meetings with different team members and also a talk about my research. There was a dinner involved as well
