I attended four interviews - first was an introductory call, the second a screening call while the third and fourth were with senior members of the exec team.
In the screening call, the interviewer actually interviewed me for a different position than the one I was originally headhunted for by their talent acquisition team. I did get an email where they apologised but despite the mix-up, I progressed to the next round.
This was with two members of their exec team. The first was with a Senior VP, who I found to be extremely rude and condescending to the point I seriously considered withdrawing my application. The fourth an final interview was with another VP, who was far more approachable but who again was confused with the role I was applying for.
Overall, the entire process was a bit of a car crash, nicely rounded off by the fact that after four interviews, they never bothered to actually get in touch with me to let me know the outcome of my candidacy (I can guess what it was but even so, it showed a complete lack of respect for my application and my career standing, more so when you consider the fact they originally headhunted me...)
