I did my onsite interview in December of 2018 in Boston, MA.
First I had a coding challenge interview that involved validating a fantasy lineup given certain rules. It was not too difficult. Then I had an open-ended design challenge with another interviewer. There was no coding involved, just drawing up my thoughts on a solution for the challenge on a whiteboard. This was also not too difficult. Finally, I had an interview with someone of a higher status in the company, who asked me about my past projects.
Overall, I thought the interview went fairly well. However, I got an email from my recruiter asking if I had time that week to discuss my feedback. This email made me feel like I did not get the job. I replied back several times and never received either a phone call or a response. I am still incredibly frustrated to have been treated this way. Avoid this company like the plague. I can not believe the level of unprofessionalism I have faced.
Thank you for taking the time to interview with us and leaving your feedback. We apologize for the delay in communication. A technical error on our end prevented our Recruiter from responding to you. We have fixed that error, and you will receive a follow-up today.
