Interviews were fairly easy, and felt like fluid technical and fun conversations. Recruiter I dealt with was amazing and updated me every step of the way. I had 3 interviews altogether (1 with recruiter 1 with hiring manager and one with 2 closely associated department managers). Process took about a month altogether but that was because they were going through some start up growing pains and ended up changing the role that they were looking to fill a little bit. It still worked out for me and I ended up getting an offer and accepting. Was a very transparent process that I was very comfortable all throughout. I was so comfortable that at the end of the interview process I disclosed I was currently pregnant and would need to go on leave and they didn’t even bat an eye. They warmly congratulated me and sent me a formal offer letter.
