Two phone call interviews and an in person interview with a panel of 4 people. The entire panel just wrote down my responses the whole time and hardly looked me in the eye. They told me afterwards that my responses were not extensive enough. I feel like that was partly due to the fact that there is no conversation being held with the interviewers. It's basically like having a video interview with prompts, but in front of real people. Probably a good idea to have several stories prepared for typical interview questions.
