Interview was conducted by conference call via phone with the program directors. It took approximately 1 hour with a productive conversation where not only were they trying to get to know me better, but allowed me plenty of questions to better understand what is expected of the position. Also, offered plenty of support with the understanding that I would be new to the online teaching model.
