I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Drexel University in Aug 2014
Interview
Contacted the PI that I am looking for a job as a post-doc. Replied to me in few days, that he is looking for someone. We agreed on Skype interview and prior the interview I sent him my CV, cover letter and statement of research philosophy. I also attached a list of projects I worked on with brief description what the project was about and what was my role in it. The interview took about an hour, both some questions about projects I worked on and my experience (he focused on projects that were related to the upcoming project). We also discussed the project and if I had any idea (based on my experience) what to avoid and what to include. Very friendly atmosphere. More like a brainstorming ideas. In few days got a positive response and we had another Skype about my start date and salary negotiations. All with the PI. When we agreed on that, I submit all required documents to the RH.
