Contacted by corporate recruiter who went over job position, pay, responsibilities,etc.. She went ahead and scheduled an interview for me with the regional manager. Upon connecting to the zoom interview, I was immediately told that I would not be a good fit for the position. I felt undermined during the process and disrespected. The individual I spoke to was more concerned about who else I had been interviewing with so he could pass the info along to their kids who were in the same industry. Told me that they would keep my info on file and reach back out if something else popped back up. While I was told details about the position, some of the information seemed questionable and unethical regarding business practices.
