The interview process was straight forward, I sent my application directly to the hiring manager. First stage interview was with head of HR, hiring manager and head of the region. Was a very pleasant discussion about previous experiences and motivation to apply for this position. Then I was invited to a second round interview where I had to prepare a presentation of the case study. Case study was provided 2-3 days before the actual interview so I had enough time to prepare. The second interview was mostly based on your presentation and some question regarding competition in the region. Overall it took me about a month for the whole process, I think it's mostly because people are often out of office traveling on business.
