It was a painful 5 month long process. The lack of communication and casual disregard to the job seeker's time and anxiety(in the current job market) - highlighted lack of empathy and bordered cruelty. The hiring manager interviewed me 3 times, as he forgot the details about me as the process dragged on. The recruiter never updated or briefed me before, during or after the process.
