I had an interview with a Chinese lady, very professional and well spoken in both English and Chinese. I was re-directed to her from the on-campus presentation here in Europe. Basically the questions were very standard, why did I pick my b-school, what are my future plans, why do I want to work for Dupont. The culture in Europe is very science based (meaning everybody has phds). I think overall Dupont has a very friendly environment, though they hold very high standards.
