Starts out with a phone interview. Called back in a couple of weeks with invitation for day-long personal interview. Three separate 1:1 interviews throughout the day. All behavioral-based and you're asked to answer in STAR format. Don't be surprised if the interviewer has his/her head buried in their document that they filling out vigourously; they rarely look up.
