I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Duke Energy (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2018
Interview
Overall the entire process from submitting application to offer took a little over 3 weeks. I applied on 1/31/18 and received part 1 of the assessment the same day. I received part 2 of the assessment the following day (2/1/18). Did PI 2/16/18 and received offer to conduct a F2F interview. F2F interview was on 2/20/18 with 2 managers, very comfortable atmosphere. Received an offer for employment 2/23/17.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time you were in a stressful situation and how you handled it?
Easy interview. It was your typical situational questions. Don't overthink it. A good idea would be to take a look at their website and go over the job's duties and description.
The interview was professional and straightforward, typical interview questions. However, several things came up during the interview that were not mentioned in the job listing. They have unpaid on-call hours and sales expectations that are tied to performance review. As other reviewers have mentioned, sales requirements were not explicitly mentioned in the job role, but the person interviewing me confirmed that this is a "secondary" expectation.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you saw something done wrong by a coworker, and how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Duke Energy (Charlotte, NC) in Jun 2018
Interview
I applied for the position and then had to complete two basic assessments required to move on to the next step. I then got a call about a week later to set up an interview. I had the interview with two supervisors and they were awesome. They made me feel comfortable answering the questions and talked with me about my experiences instead of just writing down my answers and moving on. I got a call less than a week later that I got the position.
