3 steps. Online tests, physical test. Online test consisted of two interviews. One was about mathematics and competency the other was a phone interview. Physical test was 5 stations. Building a double arm, pole climbing, hight test, digging test, lifting test.

Must pass PAT before securing your interview , once passed my interview was scheduled for the flowing week I was interviewed by a woman from HR and two Supervisors from op centers that I was interested in. Wasn't difficult and straight to the point. The STAR method of interviewing was a learning curve though

STAR process is unnecessary. Makes it difficult for you to have a good Interview. Engineers and Quality control workers conduct the interview which isn’t fair in my opinion. Would’ve been nice if line supervisor or people who actually work In the field conducted the interview.
