Question 1
Can you describe a time when you faced a major challenge in a project, and how you approached solving it while ensuring team collaboration and meeting deadlines?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dulcedo Management (Montreal, QC) in Dec 2023
Interview
First a 4-5 question written application. After that it was a 3 step interview process. I first had a first quick screening review to reiterate the terms of the job, then a call with the Team Manager and the actual interview process and a final one with HR.

I interviewed at Dulcedo Management (Montreal, QC)
Interview
It took about a month and a half from first interview to receiving an offer. The people were really nice to talk to, but definitely oversell the community aspect if you are working remotely. It's still an agency.
