Interview process consists of a initial call, hiring manager, assessment, final round, and virtual on-sight. Initial call took over a week to schedule and recruiter showed up late to the call. Recruiter didn’t talk much about the company or the products/goals and overall felt uninspiring. Mandatory 4 days in office in Pittsburgh should not be a selling point.
