Fair and thoughtful. The recruiter communicated with me throughtout the process and prepared me with what to expect at each stage. Interviewers ask tough but fair questions focused on craft and leadership as well as critical thinking and collaboration. The take home presentation was very much focused on real-world challenges in my space and felt like a great way for me to display my experience and skills. I met a diverse panel from across the company which allowed me to get a sense for how collaborative the culture is and to also have very different types of assessment. I appreciated both!
