      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Duolingo

      Interview

The Pros: The recruiter and team that I interviewed with were very welcoming, incredibly passionate, and really invested in the brand. This is evident in the work that they do, and how they have been able to build an engaging brand that resonates with so many. The Cons: The assignment was extensive, and honestly, an overreach in the interview process. It was less about getting a better understanding of the applicants vision and more about outlining their exact strategy with a fully detailed approach. There was no feedback on the assignment or further discussion, which as an applicant who invested heavily into the assignment, is not a great feeling.
