two phone calls. Each with junior members of the team to get an insight into my CV etc. Then an onsite interview. Met a handful of members of the senior management.

Interview
Was a really lovely and welcoming interview process. Started with an intro call with the Operations Manager followed by a call from Director, then an onsite interview and presentation. At every stage I was made to feel welcomed and as if they wanted me to succeed. The onsite was a really great opportunity to get a feel for the company and experience their collaborative friendly culture.

Interview
I applied through a recruiter and my process was complete within a month. My interview process was spread over 4 rounds. The first was a phone screening with a member of the Ops team. The second round, I went for a coffee with one of the Partners who was head of the team I applied for and he asked questions on my exposure in recruitment so far. The third round I had 4 interviews onsite with 2 members at a time. This was a great way to see Durlston Partners come to life and get insights into how the firm operates. Equally the team interviewers were able to hear more about my motivations. For the final round I spoke to a few more members in the team and the CEO of DP. Following this, I gave a presentation discussing more about myself and my case study findings.
