Interview
I went to a stand in-person to turn in a resume. Due to Covid Dutch Bros is not accepting paper copies of resumes and I was told to apply online. A day later I got a text from a stand manager asking if I was available for an interview. I got a call later that night after the first **group** interview saying they loved meeting me and would like to invite me to a second interview the following day. The second interview was also a group interview (but only 4 people as opposed to 8 or 9). The next day I got a text saying I was hired.

Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
