Super easy, very easy going. they want you to be yourself authentically. They also really want you to be fun and upbeat and look for "unique" people. dont over think.

Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.

The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
