I pick a time for an interview, got the call a few minutes before the set time (which was fine) it was simple phone call, it probably lasted less than 10 minutes. The guy was nice, the questions were simple and he answered any questions I had.

I had to read a paragraph and answer a few questions about my laptop. Then I was asked how well I deal with people who may be upset.

Interview
The call consisted of me telling them about my experience, and reading a brief script. Pay was explained as well. interviewer was nice. I got the job! I am looking forward to being back in the workforce.
Easy and smooth. Need to have a good headset and internet. Computer must also be updated for us not to prolong the process. The only problem is they took time to reply to your email regarding the status of our application but all in all, it was a great experience
