After that they will send a one way interview via email which is also very easy because they will give you time to think about your answer. It was very very easy and simple. They basically read a script during the interview over the phone and ask you to read two paragraphs from their website page. I was very tired and messed up my reading a few times but I still got the job. It was not bad it was just very quick and not really reassuring of anything.
