Asked generic questions off a sheet such as "rate yourself 1-5" on topics, asked about previous experience, nothing difficult.
Didn't receive offer after they said "I was too over confident and eager". No idea what they were looking for, most likely a phone monkey who'd have no interest in getting a promotion within 5 years.
