I first had an initial interview with HR, which lasted approximately 20 minutes. This was followed by a second interview with two Senior Legal Counsels. The second interview had initially been proposed for a later date but was subsequently scheduled two days later. They asked about my availability and sent the invitation before I had the opportunity to respond. Although I found this somewhat unusual, I proceeded with the arrangement. The second interview lasted over an hour. At the end of the meeting, I was informed that I would receive feedback by mid-next week but I never did. Instead, I had to follow up twice, only to get informed that I was rejected, as they were looking for someone who could work more independently. Apparently, this conclusion was drawn from my response to a question about how I would handle simultaneous assistance requests from different departments that required prioritization. My understanding is that they do not appear to sympathize with a teamwork-oriented approach and instead expect individuals to handle issues on their own.
