The online application was relatively straightforward. Then you are required to complete some online tests. Then I was invited for a telephone interview. The interview was alright. It definitely had a lot more questions about the company, so definitely read more about the company and their products. There were less competency questions in my interview. This might just be random depending on the interviewer etc.
