This was just the initial 30 minute screening interview on campus. Recruiters were very friendly and the interview was very informal and mostly conversational. They really just want to get to know you and make sure you would fit in with the work culture. They seem to have a laid-back but proactive work environment. They really only asked one question which was the typical "walk us through your resume." Just try to keep the conversation going because they didn't have specific questions they wanted answered.
