2 step face to face interviews. The first with the Hiring Manager and the second was with someone from the ELT and HR Manager. I was put at ease by the approach by the team and the environment. I was given an understanding of the direction of the business and the future plans for the function. I was then taken through a series of questions to showcase my ability and work that I have done previously talking through my successes and where I had gone wrong.
