Interview
Initially send off CV and cover letter.
They then ask you to complete some competency questions.
This is followed by a 30 minute telephone Interview.
The final stage is an assessment Day (Psychometric Testing, Interview for 1hr, Exercise whey they give you 30 mins to analyse data before presenting it, lunch, tour)
They will they give you a job Offer or a rejection.
