      I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dyson (Senai) in Jan 2011

      Interview

      Interview will have 2 stage which most more in technical session, creativity and IQ test. After that will have simple question about CAD skill but just test by using piece of paper only. Need much understanding about material properties and application in part or product. Basic knowledge and tolerance error in design stage.

      Teams interview with 30mins discussing applicant background and suitability for the position. Followed by 15mins of technical questions, including theoretical situations that the applicant has to describe what they would do and how they would achieve that. The final 15minutes is set aside for over-run and Q&A from the applicant to the interviewers regarding the role and the company.
