I saw the posting online, emailed about the position. Was advanced to in-person interview; for first interview, met with my prospective supervisor. Then, came back and met with a few other attorneys, but no business personnel, which surprised me a bit. Entire process took 3 months. The interview process wasn't difficult, but it did drag out for a while.

Phone interview with talent acquisition partner. She reached out to set up the phone call and called me. I could hear her taking notes during the call. After completing the interview she said she would give my materials to the hiring manager and the hiring manager would decide whether to interview me, and the interview would be via phone call.
