Interview
1) Online Application - Competency Questions and CV Information.
2) Online Tests - If successful, you advance to the online tests. The tests consist of numerical, verbal and non-verbal.
3) Telephone Interview - 30 minute chat discussing suitability for role
4) Assessment Centre - Individual Interviews, Group Work, Lunch with graduates and tour of the offices.
Played games, and video interview, it was too hard for me, I did not pass the interview. I did not have enough time to give my answers. But it was a good experience.
