Process was quite long, about 3 hours. Initial interview with HR. Asked about your personality and how you would handle problems.
After which, there was a paper test. Very technical questions regarding vibration analysis. Need to bring calculator.
After test, interview with 2 technical managers who will review answer that you put in the test paper and further test you on your technical skills.
I was contacted by a Dyson HR staff about the vacancy. 3 months later I was asked for phone interview. After the phone interview I was asked to interview with the manager at Dyson. The process took 3+ months.
