Interview
It was SO bad that I felt compelled to leave a review. Here goes - I applied for the role in Jan and got my application picked up by their HR on Feb. After the 1st round of interview which I felt went well, there was no news for a week before I reached out to follow up. After 2 weeks, the HR replied and said that I made it to the 2nd round. After the 2nd round which again I felt went well, there was no news for one whole week again from the HR so I followed up. Again I had to wait another week before HR responded and we proceeded with the last round. I got news that I passed the final round and received the verbal offer after 2 weeks. However, after I attempted to negotiate the offer, they said they would get back to me after and... after 2 weeks, there was no news from them so I followed up... no reply. I waited 1 more week before following up with them again, and HR replied saying they were still discussing and would get back to me in a couple of days. After a couple of days have passed, they sent me an email saying that they were still discussing and would get in touch with me once they have something concrete to share with me. Coincidentally, the day they told me that was the day I saw that they posted the same job listing on LinkedIn again. Of course, I never heard from them after that.
I still can't believe that the whole process dragged from Jan to May... What a terrible waste of my time and energy, but more importantly than that, it speaks volume of the people and processes in Dyson. Seems like the reviews on Glassdoor are pretty accurate after all. I'm glad that I dodged a bullet and am now working at a company where it's totally different :)
Had to be interviewed with a total of 3 senior leaders. But I was stopped with 2nd interviewer and the HR told me that they went ahead with another candidate for the 3rd interviewer.

Typically they were explaining how tough expectations were in dyson, how you are expected to work on weekends and travel in between sites.
Ik heb twee interviews gehad en ben ook nog een keer fysiek langs gegaan om het bedrijf te zien en een paar mensen van het team te ontmoeten. De mensen waren aardig maar wat onduidelijk in het sollicitatiegesprek aangezien er geen duidelijkheid ontstond over wat voor werkzaamheden er precies in de baan verricht zouden moeten worden.
I had two interviews in total. The first stage was with hiring manager, aiming to check the domain knowledge/skills/work experience and went through my CV.
As for the second one, I had a talk with four team members in the future.
