Interviewer was great. Questions were adequate. The whole process was pleasant and conversational rather questioning/ grilling. However, the process of arranging interviews was outsourced. The notice was very last minute and the personnel does not appear professional.
General design problems and required to explain solutions using sketches. Quick behavioral questions that about working with other people. Friendly managers and interviewers that are nice to work with. HR process was a breeze
They are very professional, ask relevant questions to the interviewee's field and the way they assess their interviewees is not too easy nor difficult. The interviewer is also quite amiable and is easy to converse with.
