After a brief phone interview, I went in for an in-person meeting with several sales team members. Everyone was extremely nice and genuinely interested in my work history. The entire process was a bit long, but, in hindsight, I prefer that a company goes through several employees before providing an offer - you want to work for a company that fully understands a candidate prior to bringing them on.
