First round: HR (basic questions, salary, noticing period etc. + some situational questions)
Second round: hiring manager (chemistry check, some experience questions but nothing too detailed)
Third Round: on-site interview with business case (preparation 30 min) + some questions to the market, the brand and how I have handled things in the past

Es war offensichtlich, dass der Personalverantwortliche andere Dinge im Kopf hatte, das Vorstellungsgespräch war absolut oberflächlich. Wahrscheinlich hatten sie bereits einen anderen Kandidaten ausgewählt, wir kamen nicht über banale Fragen wie „Erzählen Sie mir etwas über sich“ hinaus.
