It was a 2 stage process. Due to the COVID situation, it was strictly online. First was a 30 min introductory interview with the senior Engineer. Then after knowing I cleared the first set, the next was a with a group panel.

I had 4 interviewers, but they asked straightforward and thoughtful questions. It was definitely a bit daunting with that many people for a junior level position, but all of the interviewers were very personable and easy to relate to and they gave me multiple opportunities to ask any questions I had.

Combination of phone and in-person interviews. Didn't get to meet many staff, mainly focused on senior folks. Questions were related to experience and clients. Not a good feel for the culture in the local office.
