It was a very casual and smooth process. The coordinator sent me an email for a phone interview time. They gave me two different time windows which were about 30mins.
It was kind of nice because I didn't want to have an early morning or weekend time slot. I had few hiring managers interviewed me on Sat afternoon and 6pm.
The hiring manager called me later in the morning(10am) which was nice.
It started with a very pleasant casual conversation about the company. And ha gave me a chance for introducing myself.
He clearly laid out what they do which triggered me to ask for some detailed questions.
Overall it was one of the good interviews I had.
