A talent coordinator contacted me the very next day after I applied. We set up a date for a Zoom interview since I am currently on the other side of the country. I thought the interview went well, flowing like a normal conversation. They did a great job of letting me know what to expect from the position, and allowed me to pose my own questions during the interview.

Coming from a scientific background, would I be fulfilled in a position where I am not striving to produce publications and have my name out there?
I interviewed with EAG Labs Sunnyvale, the whole process was pleasant and professional. Every person I spoke with was genuinely warm, knowledgeable, and gave me real insight into the day-to-day work and culture. The questions were a thoughtful mix of technical depth and behavioral. They clearly wanted to understand who you are, not just what you know. The recruiter was exceptionally responsive and advocated for the candidate at every stage. Shout out to Christina!

Interview consisted of an on-site interview with a group of people followed by breakout sessions with individual managers and a lab tour. The follow up was all by phone. I presented on my previous work experience and then answered questions about work habits and style. A limited amount of technical inquiries were made.
