I interviewed with EAG Labs Sunnyvale, the whole process was pleasant and professional. Every person I spoke with was genuinely warm, knowledgeable, and gave me real insight into the day-to-day work and culture. The questions were a thoughtful mix of technical depth and behavioral. Interviewing was pleasant, yet formal. Interviewers were courteous, asked difficult questions, and allowed plenty of time to get to know each other and the job. Communication was frequent and clear, and start date was flexible to allow for situation.

Interview consisted of an on-site interview with a group of people followed by breakout sessions with individual managers and a lab tour. The follow up was all by phone. I presented on my previous work experience and then answered questions about work habits and style. A limited amount of technical inquiries were made.
