I applied for the job on university site, the next day i got an email to take up a video interview. I gave it in a week and the next day I got a reject. I screwed one question because during the recording my roommate knocked my door and I completely forgot what I was saying. So my bad!

I got an email from recruiting team about my profile being suitable for this role and sent me one way video interview process Which i did immediately on he very next day. I did not get any response for 5 days and later he replied we are proceeding with an extensive experienced candidate. I asked him about what was wrong with the video interview as it was unfair towards without even testing my technical knowledge. I had read reviews on glassdoor and exact same thing happened.
Its a time waste.
