THEY WILL GHOST YOU!
The actual interviews were easy and I thought I did a pretty good job, however I got unreasonably nervous during the last one and I think they judged me for that, so they never sent another message. It would have been nice if they actually sent me something instead of pretending I never existed. I spent all day every day for weeks prepping for these interviews. I wish they could be more understanding about nerves and not expect everyone to be perfect. Just because I got nervous during the interview doesn't mean I can't do the job.

Interview
After completing the behavioral and cognitive PI assessments, a video interview was scheduled. The outline in the email stated that the interview was to get to know the candidate better and "if there's time at the end," a short technical assessment will be given. Recruiter was also rather unresponsive. No questions were asked about experience or about resume, and the interviewer seemed eager to rush through the interview itself. She asked a few behavioral questions and then quickly turned the focus towards a 20-minute technical assessment which took up the majority of the interview. Q&A was rushed as well. Job posting specified the company was looking for a math graduate with "math, physics, or engineering fundamentals," but none of this was brought up or reflected in the interview process. I felt like I was interviewing for a job I did not apply for. This company touts camaraderie, positivity, and family values; but from this interview process I did not sense any whatsoever. Already right after the interview I felt I did not want to proceed any further.

Interview
Applied and got an email the same day asking to take two test not even related to the job. One test was to judge your personality by choosing vocab words that best describe you. Second test was logically based basically a IQ test. After a few days got email back saying we can not offer an position at this time. When I never went in or had a verbal phone call interview.

Thank for your input. Just to provide some background, we are currently receiving over 600 applications every month and only hire a very small fraction of those who apply. We are a small company and have some combination of automated and manual tools we use to review, assess and track this high volume of candidates. We are looking for folks that fit the EAI culture and personality as well quick problem solvers so that's why we use Predictive Index (similar to Briggs/Myers) as well as a cognitive test. Sorry that id did not work out to get to the next level, but good luck with your career search :).
