EAI Technologies Software Innovator interview questions

Hello and thanks for providing your input. As background, we are currently receiving over 600 applications every month but only hire a very small fraction of those. We are a small company and have some combination of automated and manual tools we use to review, assess and track this high volume of candidates. Plus we are very thorough in our assessment in adding members to the EAI Family and that results in having a long assessment period.
