Had a pre-screening then received an email about an interview from the same person to which he didn't confirm. He preceded to give the pre-screening speech on our second call which we already had where I told him we already had this call and then he proceeded to say the position was already filled (which it wasn't). The recruiter was very unprofessional. I honestly think he did not communicate with HR in the hiring process.
