I had a phone interview in October 2023 for the renew sales department. At the end of the initial conversation, I was told, "You were brilliant!" They were supposed to provide feedback within two days, which did not happen. After two weeks, I contacted them, and they congratulated me for advancing to the next stage.
I spent two weeks trying to schedule the next phase, and the communication was terrible. I received emails through an internal Hult system where I sent them to the wrong recipient, and they claimed not to receive responses or took many days to provide feedback. Exactly one month after the initial interview, they informed me that they had chosen another person for the position.
I found the entire process very unprofessional and inefficient in terms of recruitment. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of clarity and feedback throughout the process.
